Our Farm

“All grass. No grain.”

We are a small, family-run farm located on the Pecos River in Dilia, NM.

Our animals eat grass and hay. Never grain. We think that grass-fed and finished beef tastes better, and that it is a clean and healthy source of food for our friends, neighbors, and customers.

We believe that grass-fed beef is healthy for our planet as well. We use a regenerative agriculture model in which intensive rotational grazing helps to improve soil health and build soil depth. At the same time, carefully managed pasture works to sequester carbon, helping to slow the progress of climate change.

We also want each animal we raise to have the best life possible, so we use humane practices and make sure our animals are healthy and happy. All our cows are born and raised right here on our farm, so we know they have been well-treated from birth.

Above all, we strive to respect the land we farm, the animals we raise, and the community we serve.
